Not everyone can have an HSA account but if you do it's a great vehicle for saving. You must use the account for medical bills but that usually is not hard for most of us to do. When you get to age 65 and have Medicare you can't contribute to an HSA anymore but you can use that money you've saved in the account for medical costs.
